Mr fantastic evading Falcon

I had a strange behavior of the ia while fighting mr fantastic

While i had locked him down, mr fantastic evaded Falcon’s attacks twice 😳

Falcon had 1 or 2 actives debuffs but that only gave 5 or 10% evade chance...which should be refuced to 0 while locked down ?

Anyone had the same pb or an explanation ?

I found out why, the node on the lane 4 Tiers 2 in AW give +100% defensive ability
So with one debuff, mr fantastic was stil at 5% evading chances even while locked down
