CCP Question

I was looking to start a YouTube channel to see if I can get CCP access, and I had one question. The requirements say “account must be in good standing with Kabam” and I was banned for a week for the Treasure Island bug. That’s the only time I was ever banned for anything. Does that mean I have no chance at all?
