My 6* carnage don’t proc bleed and doesn’t refresh any bleed only get bleed from heavy attack how do I upload video proof

Make sure to start with a heavy

He only procs bleed on critical hits while opponent is already bleeding. Heavy and then attack as normal. I had no dramas with him in arena before maintenance hit.
