Does anyone know if I need to complete a certain amount of story to unlock it? All people keep saying is go to special tabs but I can’t even find that.

    No, I had Rttl unlocked before becoming UC. LOL unlocks for UC

    If you go into the special quests tab it should be there with realm of legends.
