Incursion partner

Anyone know where I can find good players to play incursions with? My alliance mates aren't interested in incursions and I'm tired of getting matched with people who either bring R4s to zone 8 or don't have the skill even with a stacked roster or don't communicate. The furthest i get is zone 9 because my partner gets KOd.I want those sig stones. At least someone to get to zone 10 with
