Side quest Odin nerfed!?

In tier 8 ,his buffed up and power draw nodes are removed and instead these nodes are added. Did kabam already announced the changes or is it a silent nerf.

Can Archangel's Neurotoxin (when stacked) shutdown Power Draw?

Can OG BW (with synergy) shutdown Buffed Up?

Power draw was probably put there to make more champs viable for the node since this was a blind run and it screwed less people over

don’t see how persistent charges would affected it tho
