Side quest

Some people in my alliance already have the 5* nexus from the side quest, but if I do all my runs I’m 2 uru off, I don’t understand how?

I had same problem with that,miss 1 uru and míne Ally teammate open Nexus and did samé mistake in the beginnig of side quest
