BWDO has some really nice damage, but her utility is unreliable, annoying to access, and limited

Elsa probably has a slightly lower damage output but more than makes up for it by having actually useful utility

The elsa hate is too much.
I believe she is a top 5 skill (maybe even higher), and once I form my skill t5cc, I'm gonna rank 3 her in a heartbeat.

She has amazing damage, different playstiles based on the match-up, incenerate/coldsnap, direct damage, gets easy openings, buffed up +disstrack counter, evade counter and shrugs of non damaging debuffs.
