I don't think the Destructive Feedback is working correctly. I brought in Ghost for Cap IW Boss and I'm phasing and hitting him and when the Destructive feedback buff expires no damage is taken away. Can you only inflict damage when the feedback buff is resetting?

    Not even Ghost who has a guaranteed crit when hitting out of a phase? The node itself doesn't negate damage, it just stores it so how come ghosts "Guaranteed" crits aren't?
