R3 human torch or warlock

Only have enough to rank up one at the moment. Will rank both eventually. Who should I rank up first?

In the situations where you use HT, there are generally going to be energy attacks that can amp up his damage a lot. Warlock doesn't have that so you will really notice the lack of damage at a lower rank comparatively so I'd go with him.

Warlock will definitely benefit from the damage increase , the only benefit to human torch is health as he can take more blocked hits.

You'd def get more utility out of ranking up Warlock. He's dual immune, can cause bleed, heal block, power drain, etc.
