Inequity and Resonate not working

I spend a lot of money on those masteries and I have been in touch with Kabam a couple of times and generally I am very happy with support (sorry for the english spelling), but I have never gotten a real answer on this question. The thing is, instead of maxing out these two masteries, I could have used my money on maxing out other masteries.. I have recorded videos again and again, and I am sure that these masteries only works on basic attack rating, so even though they are really expensive compared to other masteries, and it doesn't say so in the description (only basis attacks), these masteries are useless if you want to take less damage after act 3 or something like that.. everywhere the opponent's have +100/+400 health and attack, so I would like to hear what you summoner's think about my suggestion..Kabam ought to give us back the resources we have used... I really think it would be fair.

Hmm..so I tried right now, and using the modified attack, inequity seems to work as intended.... I did not know about the change until you told me. Resonate is still working with only base attack, just tried it. That's actually good news, may I ask if you use these masteries? And thank you for the heads up.

But something doesn't ad up, at least I don't get it..then Resonate should kick in when playing ROL but not eniquity right?

Resonate/weakness also works for modified attack.

Ok, I will try to calculate again. But if they work as you say they do (and I believe you, I must have done something wrong in my calculations), then these masteries is worth the money I think.. I will take a couple of tests and give you the results tomorrow... thanks for your time bro.
