Your roster is fine. Lots of good champs in there that will benefit from an R5 (or r2 as 6*) when you can. Focus on a couple targeted rank ups for new utility or specific content you want to tackle.. You have plenty of R4 and looks like 6* are coming in ok now too.

Focus on your masteries too. Champ PI is looking low and some masteries will make your champs so much better (deep wounds for bleeders, willpower is great for everyone, despair/petrify for void... etc). They can be expensive to unlock, but game changing for champ improvements or certain counters.
