Just pulled out a 4* SW. But I don't know if she is worth ranking up.
Also, who is better SW or Ebony Maw?

SW need to be awaken with very high or maxed sig.

Scarlet witch is a lot better than maw even unawakened. She gets a lot better when she’s awakened but she’s still good without it.
