Whom you will consider ranking up?

I am in a bit of Dilemma. I got 5* Moleman , Falcon & Kingpin. I have no maxed skill 5*. So , am planning to max out one among them. As I heard all are god tiers. So advice me on the most necessary rank up among them. I just got skill awakening gem and sig up any of them to 100+.
