Nick Fury Bug is still there?

Anyone still experiencing a bug with Fury? No clone effect, just a straight drop?

Yes but you can avoid it if you know what to look out for.
Before doing any NF fight, just check that you can see his persistent charge on the pre-fight screen. If you can't then quit and restart the game until you do.
Not ideal at all but better than the alternative.

So, I am thinking to rank up HT and Electro instead of NF to deal with Tier 10 Gauntlet.

I use Thing and CAIW for Tier 10, pretty easy with them, I have a r5 HT and either I'm really bad with him or he's kinda useless.

Its not only effecting fury also noticed captain marvel bugs out too. Good thing to come from this bug is act 6.3.2 fury fight is super easy when he starts degenerating at the start of the fight.

I took Fury for cav EQ, bugged again, he starts at his second phase. AGAIN.

I’m having this issue as well. Took him into side quest and he went straight to fury is furious mode.
