Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

Options

A vision classic overhaul has some things that needs to be boosted

Og vision
Based on a 4 star rank 5
Has his base attack, health, armor.
His block proficiency is 20%
0% chance to crit
Crits deal no more damage then a non crit


The idea for him is to build him to your liking for the quest. once fully built up he can be a absolute beast making characters like ghost seem like no thing in comparison

The first fight will be horrible due to him having no ability's unless he is awakened



Vision starts the quest with no ability's but for each fight won he can unlock a new one for each persistent charge

Pre fights
Spend 1 persistent charge to unlock one of these ability's for the rest of the fight

When Pre fights are selected a screen will show with a 3 by 4 tab to select the abilitys

Light hits have a 30% chance to grant no power this reduced by 1 percent each time it triggers till it does not work

Mediums give 30% less power

Sp2 drains 100% of power

Basic hits gain 100% more attack

Heavy inflicts slow for 30 seconds

Sp1 inflicts a incinerate dealing 4000 damage over 10 second

Then final light attacks in a combo inflicts a passive heal for 10 seconds

Gain a passive heal giving 0.5% of health a second

All debuffs fall off 50% faster

Gain a passive power gain giving 5% max power every second

Each hit inflicts a shock debuff lasting 20 seconds and dealing 30% of modified attack.

On every 3rd hit crit

Crits gain 100% more damage

Any hit has a 30% chance to stagger for 30 seconds

Gain a indefinite armor ups giving 1000 armor

Sig ability
Start the quest with one charge

Gain a passive 20-50% fury

    This concept is what happens when you take all the bad aspects of ramp-up champions and put in none of the good stuff.

    I actually enjoy this idea, but think his base needs to start with 2 charges and each avenger on the team grants an additional charge to start the quest with. Each fight grants 1 more charge, sig ability grants 2 more charges to start with, and he can gain up to 17 charges (allowing him to select every ability once, really great in incursions which is ironic since Ultron made him and it’s Ultron incursions). Charges persist through a quest and so do your selections.
    Also, I feeler should create synergies give amazing abilities to all classic avengers,
    ie: hulks furies can stack. Iron man gains 50% attack for every buff on himself and debuff on the opponent. Doctor strange’s blessings gain 100% potency and he gains 100% ability accuracy.

    @Voltolos the idea is the the first fight will be horrible since you will have zero ability's no crits and very low block proficiency but to make up for it when he is ramped up fully it will be enough to make even cgr or ghosts damage look like spider Gwen's sp1 damage before her buff

    @Voltolos he is a champion who like quake will require very high skill but once ramped up will become a god
