2015 - 2017 champion usefulness tier list

Since everyone seems so fond of making tier lists now, does anyone have one for champs who were released up to and during 2017 so that I can plan out my Variant 6 gems, etc. accordingly?

There are still some 2015-2017 champs that are usable like Quake, Hype, Venom, and Mags
