SPECTRE soul boost not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
Wolverine in master event is regenerating, totally ignoring the fact that I'm using the Spectre soul boost.

    It works. Ther is just a timer. When it ative in the figth.

    Ok will check again. The weird thing is there's nothing about a timer in the description.
