6.2.2 sinister

Ok so the only counters I have are quake and CAIW. I tried them and they didn’t work so am I missing something? Basically how do they work when fighting 6.2.2 sinister

Dunno about Quake but for Cap IW to work you need max sig and a skill teammember + always a kinetic shield to catch poison debuffs.

Do you have Heimdall and Angela/Hela?

You can Quake Sinister, but it will take a really long time

You need to have active fury buff inorder to dmg. And ofcourse poison immune champ.

Your two best options are Claire and caiw but they both need a synergy that can give them a fury to work well. So I see three options, you can either bring both Claire and caiw, with a skill champ on the team for the shrug off, and brute force your way through with the 90% damage reductions. Option 2 is bring someone with a fury like kingpin or sabretooth and tank the poison. Option 3 is to wait until you pull a synergy that can give you a fury for the first two champs. You don’t have any wonderful options but you can take him down eventually with either of the first two.

Thinking more about it, kingpin might be your best option. He’s got a fury and a 60% chance to shrug off debuffs so if you get lucky you should be able to survive a while with him.

Rank up that quake and try. U can pause the fight when u get tired and continue later. That's how I did. It takes abt 52 mins without boosts and 30 with boosts.

Dragon man can work too. He is poison immune and can get a fury on his sp 2. U have to purify the incinerate soon as possible cuz sinister can transfer those incinerate with his sp 1.

Spinnaker

Dragon Man is going to be your best play since you don't have the Kingpin synergy to 100% shrug off the poisons. You will want to push Sinister to sp2 to avoid getting the incinerates back on you. Here's a video from @buddy_LEE that might help:
