Guardian Bug - Not gainging indefinite charges after SP3

Just pulled Guardian and was playing around with him. I noticed that he does not always gain 6 indefinite force field charges after SP3. It is happening all the time. As you see that he had 4 charges and instead of 10 after SP3, it is down to 2. Is that a bug or am I missing something?

    It looks like you used his 4th light attack which consumes 2 charges to power drain the opponent which would explain why you lost 2.

    Not sure why you didn't get 6 for throwing the sp3. Looks like a bug.
