Back issues #7 not rocket and groot?

According to the releasenotes the 7th back issue is arachnid action. But the 7th monthly quest was rocket and groot.
Is rocket and groot skipped because it was a holiday quest around christmas time?

    It would make sense because the story was “the collector releases Groot as an Xmas gift to Rocket”
