Just curious as to why Mr Fantastic mini boss would still evade Falcon while he is locked on?

    Mr Fantastic gains additionall AA for every debuff on the opponent or you, not sure. Falcon only reduces AA by 100% so this additional AA is what's causing him to evade.

    Mr.F starts with 0% to evade . falcon reduces that to 100% AAR. Every debuff is 5% so falcon AAR goes to 100-95-90 etc.

    His Debuffs on you on you (the one from specials) count as 15% increased evade ability accuracy lowering falcons chances to stop it.

    That’s really dumb. I don’t feel it should act that way but I guess I am not surprised. Thanks for your help.
