Rank up advice

I need a champ who can help me in 6.3. Which champs shall I rankup to r5 or r2?

Personally, I'd prioritise as:

1) Warlock
2) Claire
3) CMM
4) Aegon
5) Sunspot
6) Hit-Monkey (If you rank him up at all)

Either BWCV or Warlock. They both don't need the dupe and are very crucial champs to have in your roster.
