Please just tweak HTD a tiny bit!

Kabam! I would love to Rank 3 my HTD, but please add just one piece of utility to the SP2! The suppression is short so please change it to power steal like G2099 SP1 or a stronger power lock. The SP1 is unique and awesome but I feel like the SP2 puts him a tad under Hulk Buster.
