Is your *Request Help* option working properly in 4* basic arena?

So I am playing the 4* basic arena from last 7 days and can't use the *request help* option properly . When I request for help after playing the 4* basic arena continuously it shows that it is done , when I login again to play the arena it shows my help request is still pending again and I have to wait more . please help anyone.
