7.1.4 armor path bugged for Medusa?

I was doing my 7.1 exploration and was using Medusa for some of the fights, and used her sp3 to get the armor shatter. After that, civil warrior still was gaining his armor up buffs.
So I thought it might have been his AAR with armor ups, so I used medusa on the superior iron man after as well. Same thing, the armor shatter didn’t work.
Is there another reason why isn’t happening?
