How do i fill out a ticket to get kabam to look at me and my buddies account neither of us got the 5 * shards

    Top left of home screen in game you'll see a gear icon.
    Press that and go to support.

    Good luck getting a real human to look at it though

    I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and got my 5 * shards thanks for the help i really wasnt trying to go that route lol im sure it wouldnt of helped
