Is any hope to buff og champs that was “tuned down” back in the day?

I am speaking about og thor, strange, bw, etc all the champs that was tuned down at the famous update before years.

Or because of that tune down they will stay that way for ever?

I believe eventually we'll see a buff but unless they decide to release a schedule who they're planning to buff, we're stuck waiting and watching.

Ok my point is if a champ that nerfed (even before years) is also a candidate for a buff at present day

Probably not since they are all average champs and there are many that need the attention more. Except for strange maybe... that guy sucks since 12.0

Nova, Angela, Massacre, Hood, Crossbones... they aren't just buffing the worst of the worst champs.

Having been nerfed or buffed before probably doesn't disqualify champs from getting a buff (see CW), if they are still underperforming according to Kabam's data

Maybe. Their cadence of that way they buff champs doesn’t seem to be in any order. I spent about two or three days studying some of their charts from the initial reworks so it gave me a rough idea of who they will be looking at. Here is the information I gathered.

An example :

Kabam -“Below you will see his numbers in comparison to other Champions that we believe are also eventually in need of an update to their ability to deal damage. These include Abomination, Agent Venom, Cyclops, Daredevil, Karnak, Hulkbuster, Howard the Duck, Groot, Dormammu, and Drax. “

Out of these champions we have had :

Venom
Hulk buster
Howard the duck

Also I looked at this chart to see who they are looking at data wise:

Angela
Annhilus
Crossbones
Cull obsidian
One could argue “Hela”

I was not around when 12.0 happened, but I thought the main reason the damages were affected were because of diminishing returns for champs like Thor and scarlet witch. Would bringing them to their old form really bring back the damage that they were able to do?

No i dont want the same pre 12.0 character. Just a character to todays meta
