Ock Heal Block

With the latest update they "fixed" doc ocks heal block to work with more nodes like everyone elses and it seems to changed his sig since it is no longer listed and they seemingly nerfed him by removing his life steal from healing defenders greatly nerfing him in alliance war was this intended this is a lot more changed than i think most people were anticipating
