April Side Event Quest- Contest of Realms

Not Gonna Lie, I wanted to say that the drop rates were not as bad as we thought, but in legendary, the rewards are pretty bad for the fights. I mean 25,000- 30,000 Hero Rating Champion is pretty high for say, A 5 star Signature Stone Crystal? I know we don't have to fight, but I mean, it is just plain disappointing to come in every day so far just to not see a single 6 star shard. To be fair, eventually all the Tier 5 Basic Catalyst Fragment will build up, but for the fights, I'd say that this is not as good as it could have been. Then again, the rewards are technically free, but this event quest could have been more, maybe ignoring the RNG and instead, you hop in every day to get 1 single pull of each reward, so every day, you come in, and you do the event quest for 1 of everything, you have the chance to skip fights still, but remove the chance part. So everyday, we come in and get maybe 150-200 Six star shards per day instead of 300 if we chose? It is just that it has been 3 days, and it has been pretty dry. Just a consideration is all.

I’m pretty disappointed with the recent content, literally everything so far this year. Side quests are extremely boring with mostly worthless reward; especially, the current side event. Attached is a photo of why; highlighted is the heaps of gold.

I have literally nothing left to complete is this game, and the last few months, my play time has dropped quite substantially out of shear boredom. I have gold levels that never drop, even after level up days. I enter the side quest, and get more gold. If it’s not gold, it’s 5* sig stone crystals. I have 37 r5 5* and really don’t need 5* sig stones...I mean, I’ll take them, but there’s plenty of other items that are more sought after (T2A, 6* shards and sig stones, T5CC).

Time to up the difficulty, and dramatically up the rewards. How about doubling or tripling the PI of these defenders, and ditching the gold for a nice chunk of T2A and a 6* sig stone? If lesser players can’t compete it, oh well; they can finish the highest manageable difficulty like has always been done in this game. I know I’m not alone when it comes to the lackluster content...

@milomike , I agree with you. I Personally, do not have the ability to truly understand you, I am not as progressed as you are. But if I were in your shoes, I would say the same thing. Not like Kabam are gonna take this seriously or anything, but there should be a Thronebreaker difficulty that describes exactly as what you have said above. As 6 stars and progression get higher, the difficulty must go along with it. Got to admit, maxed out 6 stars would make this level of content a walk in the park. The single 5 star sig stones are really nothing here, perhaps they should have even considered a +5 generic stone instead of a single 5 star sig crystal. IDK, sometimes, some decisions are questionable. But, the rewards are technically free to an extent I guess . . .

I'm just going to simply track the total number of 6* shards I aquire from this event and compare to last month. Then we'll see. But as of now, it's not looking great. And I agree, there's really nothing for end game players to get excited about. Perhaps we do need another difficulty.
