Bugs in EQ's Skill Quest and Nick Fury's decoy

While playing in Event Quest 2.2, Nick Fury's decoy activate at the beginning of the fight.

While playing Skill Quest in EQs (2.2), the node is bugged. I didn't get any furies when a damaging debuf expires or gets purified.
Device : Xiaomi Mi A3
Game Version : 30.2.1

    Used blade on that path (far right) not a single fury against all opponents, one of which was ghost so should have triggered either at expiration or purify...

    Um since when does blade have persistent charges?
