Missing level 3 revives

Where are my level3 revives? Purchased the Hard Hitting bundle and never received my revives! Anyone else noticed this today??

Not sure what SS can take, but purchased 2 of Hard Hitting Combo and received 3 L1 revives per pack instead of 3 L3 revives as detailed in the offer.
