No side quest rewards - Contest of Realms

I entered a new side quest for the Platinumpool's Realm of Champions and there are no path rewards at all. Can I get technical support for a key refund?

    I have the same issue. I did the map three times always. I finished /completed the map, beating the final boss. At the end it show 0% exploration and no rewards at all. I even double checked my balance and still nothing. I got a map with 3x 250.000 gold plus extras shards. I really needed the gold at time. Fix it, please.

    I did not complete that specific quest, but the prior times I did it regardless whether or not I fully explored or completed that quest the map would reset as well as the rewards but this instance it did not reset at all so idk...
