Side Quests Rewards Missing

in Bugs and Known Issues
When I start to play the side quest after claim the key suddenly rewards are missing only gold are showing in epic difficulty. Kindly solve this issue I am already in the quest. Right now I have no other options exit the quest & wastage of my precious key!

    The rewards are go directly into your inventory.
