I absolutely love Howard the duck in the comics and I'm extremely happy that his overhaul came right before my birthday 😊. I was considering bringing him to rank two today to use up some expiring catalysts and I noticed that a couple of his synergies that he has don't do anything anymore. You really should update these synergies as they now have no impact on gameplay. They literally do nothing now. Hopefully you guys are already on top of this.
