Where to spend for good champs?

I have played this game for 4+ years. I played 3 years very actively. After that , I only played aq and aw. Recently i have started to actively play again and got Cavalier. I saw some videos and i have got only like 1-2 champs in current top 10 champs. My luck with crystals is very bad. I have never spend before in the game. So, i need help to decide how to spend money in game, like 20-30 dollars, to get better champs, if possible. Any advice is welcome. Thanks!

    Spend money to fund a trip to kabam HQ, and destroy Kabam Miike’s rig ray. Or wear a tinfoil hat/wrap your device on tinfoil to avoid the rig ray.

    You could’ve even try your luck now on normal cavs. I’ve had an ally mate who pulled 3 6* nexus’s in a row. Up to you tho
