Pulled a 4* Mole Man!

I just pulled a 4* Mole Man, is he useful for 5.2 and above going for UC? Should I put resources into him now?

I know I’ve seen some say he’s good and some say he’s not. I only have a few 5* and don’t want to waste resources right now if he’s not going to help me on my journey to UC.
