Nebula buff.
Nebula overhaul
The reason I made this buff is because nebula already has great damage its just being able to access it is the problem.
I kept what made her good and got rid of what was keeping her from being good.
Stats remain the same and are based on a rank 5 4 star
Sig
All electro shock charges are gained 0.10 seconds faster and nebula starts with 5 of them
When a self repair charge is lost gain a 10-30% chance to gain it back
Passive
Nebula uses electricity to her advantage giving her 100% resistance to shock and gains 1 electro charge for every second the shock is active for. There is not limit to how they amount of charges gained from this
Nebula starts the fight with 2 self repair charges that trigger when the enemy deals more then 110% of there base attack in a hit or after a sp3 and heal 100% of damage dealt over 5 second and is disabled if stunned
The ability accuracy of heros is reduced by 10% per electroshock charge on nebula
Advanced robotics grant immunity to poison and a 50% resistance to bleed
While blocking
Nebula gains one electro charge every 0.30 seconds. Only 20 charges can be gained this way
Well timed blocks
If the opponent is stunned by a well timed block remove the stun and replace it with a stun lasting 3 seconds when the opponent is struck the stun is removed from the the enemy
Designer note
This sounds a bit confusing but basically parry stun is increased in duration allowing you to get charges with out as much block damage
Basic hits
Deal a additional burst of energy damage equivalent to 10% of modifier attack per shock or degen on the enemy
Heavy attacks
Spend all charges dealing 484.6 over 10 seconds per charge. If the enemy is immune to shock. Nebula inflicts a degeneration dealing 70% of what it would do instead.
If a shock is already on the enemy then this attack refreshes the shock 1 time
Designer note
I changed the shock from the parry to the heavy that way you can parry with her.
Sp1
power lock and heal block the enemy for 1 second per shock active on them.
Also gain a true strike buff lasting 2 second per shock on the opponent
Sp2
Double all shocks and degens on the enemy each dealing 972.8 over 2 seconds
Also gain a fury lasting 10 seconds granting +121.6 attack per shock or degen on the enemy
Sp3
Nebula overcharges her power generator for 10 seconds inflicting 1 shock every 0.30 seconds lasting 20 seconds
There is not limit to shocks inflicted by this
While the generator is overcharged also gain 1 electro charge every second and 8% of max power every second

Everyone on the team gains 5% health and 300 crit damage
Nebula
when a shock is inflicted on the enemy there is a 5% chance per shock inflicted to gain 10% of max health this can only trigger one per fight
Gamora
All buffs last 100% longer and for each buff active on gamora gain 100 crit rating

Annoyances

All synergy members except nebula have all buffs durations increased by 50%
