Collecting The last AW rewards problem

The rewards for the last alliance war are not claimable. Every time I hit claim they just reappear. I’m not even able to delete the mail. Is anyone else having this problem besides my alliance?

It's a glitch. The first claim worked, but the mail persists and shows it's still available and will repeat over and over if you try to claim it again (since it's really not there anymore). Force Close the game and check again after restarting it. Happens to me all the time.
