Problem with Kabam support

I had problem with my account, my unutes dissapeared. I think someone has broke my account and spend tham, i don t know what happened maybe my kids spend tham. I have asked Kabam support to help return tham and take back anything was purchased provided or nessesary information and they are just closing emails and stop answering. Even didn t tell me that they can t help me with that.
Is there any problem with kabam stuff? Are they infected with covid or whats wrong with tham ?
