Massive input delay in variant 7

Just got in the first quest and took the energize 100% path. Fought crossbones and fight went well but then on Dragon Man fight the game started lagging and was producing massive input delays.

I got hit trying to parry several times as well in addition to that my heavy wouldn't go off but people are just gonna say i suck at the game sadly. The AIs in there were extremely passive until those moments occured, good times.
