How to rank up 5*s?

I have a variety of 5*s, some awesome and some not so much. I’m trying to decide how to rank up various heroes. Should I wait for more Mutant t4cc for Prof X and Apoc, or bring up 2 of r2 Massacre, Vision Aarkus, Psyloche, or r4 Gwenpool? Or I guess wait to r5 HT and Moleman. Resources are slow at times so don’t want to “waste” any if I can help it (ugh, see r3 Green Goblin). Any thoughts are appreciated.
I’m working to 100% Act 5 and on 6.1.6 and the Grandmaster (haven’t tried him yet though).
