The Champion Abusing the Persistent Charge Bug

Hi, so with Kabam not acknowledging the persistent charge bugs, I was experimenting with champions who can abuse the bug. I came accross with The Champion having his furies stack past 5. Max is at 99 furies, 100 because of Heimdall fury synergy. Had a good fun with it but wish it's in his base kit like Aegon getting to 999 combos lol.

P.S. While you guys are experiencing the bug and before Kabam gets their stuff together, rather than complaining, explore 6.3.2 Nick Fury boss because he starts in his second life.

P.S.S. Additional findings with the persistent charge bug:
- G99 doesn't start with an armor, cannot power drain on sp1 and cannot regen
- Mr. F's power sting synergy will not work
- Prof. X mental barrier will not work
- Sabertooth's fury can go past 6 fights without Sasquatch synergy

Just FYI, Kabam has acknowledged this bug. There's an entire thread dedicated to helping try to solve the problem created by the MODs for the game team. They're fully aware of the bug.

I mean it will probably take kabam next month to fix it the earliest so half true lol

Hi @kenadroid , we appreciate your frustration here with this bug, but rest assured that it is top of mind. We had a to revert a fix for this recently because it was causing some other issues within the game. But, our team has way better insight into this (very) complex issue now and are working on a more stable fix for this. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding at this time. Cheers!

This is just ridiculous, post was created 3 months ago and there are more then 100s of reports, how many more are needed to find that bug ? I just believe they don't care as it doesn't benefit users. Trust I wouldn't require that much time and reports to fix it if it benefited players.

So what does that tell you then? You can believe it or not. It's obvious that this isn't an easy fix. I'm sure you're probably one of the smartest people on this earth and whatnot so it's probably super easy for you but us normy's don't have your brain power. Maybe let the Dev's know how they should fix it. Get it taken care of.

Again with the "ThEy FiX bUgS tHaT bEnEfIt PlAyErs FaStEr" BS comment. You literally said that on a post where someone is showing you that it benefits you as a player. I mean, how much more ignorant can you get?

You obviously aren't a developer or know anything about how bug fixes and finding them work.

Who knows. it seems to be probably the hardest thing to fix so far. it doesn't effect everyone and tends to come back when you restart your phone.

Oh no. I'm not totally frustrated by it. I got to explore 6.3.2 a lot easier because of this bug. But yeah I understand it takes time to fix this and I'm patient about it. Cheers!

To add to this if you use Apocalypse, with the Cable/MrSinister Synergy, while you have the Persistent Charge Bug then Apocalypse will for some reason enter the fight with 6 Prowess Passives...

Also a strange Visual Bug I had recently, when restarting the game to Fix the Persistent Charge Bug you might occasionally return to the quest with Apocalypse having 99 Persistent Charges! Unfortunately this is just a Visual Bug as far as I can tell (you go back to 4 when entering the fight itself).

This thread has gone abit off rails. I just wanted to share a hilarious bug to the champion abusing. Lol
The damage on the Champion was truly unbelievable.
It really was - though it makes me wonder why he assumes he has 99 charges when he tries to gain a Fury, while on the other hand Nick Fury instantly starts in his true phase due to having 0 charges.

How does this bug affect other champions?

I don't use champion all that much, so take my theory with a grain of salt. I think it assumes all champions have 0 persistent charges at the start of the fight. That is why Nick starts in second phase since if he has 0 charges, the LMD has died, if champion has 0 charges, he can gain a fury, same with sabretooth. If G2099 has 0 charges, she cannot activate regen since regen needs armor ups.

Was able to get Images this time.

^ During the Missing Persistent Charge Bug, Apocalypse has 6 Prowess. (Cable Synergy is Present)

^ After the Fight and restarting the Game, Apocalypse has 100 Persistent Charges.

^After Activating the Horseman Ability, Apocalypse has 96 Persistent Charges. (Very Interesting, but you can only Activate Horseman Once)

^ Entering the next Fight with Apocalypse will return him to 4 Persistent Charges. (This is where he takes advantage of the Missing Persistent Charge Bug as instead of returning to 0 Persistent Charges he instead returns to 4.)
