Old Man Logan Interaction with power sting hack.

So it turns out that Old Man Logan's passive bleeds count for the incursions power sting hack. This was surprising because I've never actually thought of them as bleeds. Is this a bug or is it working as intended?

    What is the wording on the hack?
    Even if they do 0 damage to him, they are technically still Bleed effects.
