Who brings the best synergy for my roster?

Here is who I currently have ranked up, use most off of them at least from time to time. I know quake is quake, but just taking into consideration synergies, who should I rank up next? All 5* would go to rank 5 & could be awaken if they aren't already. 6* would be unawakened & to rank 2.
