I didn’t get AQ compensation

It said if you left your current alliance you would get compensation still and I didn’t. I am not in an alliance currently since I’m looking for another alliance. Is that the issue?

Kabam said you can CHANGE ally's, but clarification reply said you can’t just NOT be in ANY Ally.
