Vulnerability debuff being replaced?

When did this start happening? Wonder if they are changing some interactions with the debuff

I think because energy vulnerability debuffs are a thing now, they didn't want people to get the two mixed up. Regular vulnerability could imply that both physical and energy or just physical resistance is lowered but what it actually does is increase your crit damage which has nothing to do with resistances hence the name change.

Didn’t find it in the notes , but I looked through certain characters. They definitely changed the wording. Looks like it does the same thing, but considering this was introduced with IW , I wonder if they are taking a look at her.
