Tier 4 specific class cc shortage - possible solution

There are times when u want to rank up a champ for example a tech and u simply don't have enough tier 4 tech cc and every other type of tier 4 class cc is already on overflow , for this there is an answer. DAILY QUESTS! Those types of quests has been in the game for as long as we remember and it never changed at all, so i would like to suggest making those daily quests based on each title a player has the higher the title the more class cc are there. Please consider this idea. Many thanks -your average player
