Who should I rank 5 and invest my resources I am currently on act 6.2.4

Use that 4-5 mutant gem on colossus and I suggest awakening him and putting all your mutant sigs into him. I’d also use the 4-5 skill gem on stealthy. I also suggest taking quake, sunspot, gambit, apoc, and doc oc to rank 4.
