Need some help with energy

Ive been trying to explore act 3 and i keep running out of energy. I don't wanna have to spend units. Does anyone have tips to get some refills?

    Pretty much the only way that I get refills is from alliance events. They come over time. If you’re not in an ally, I suggest joining one.
